Description

On 13th street there is a gated parking lot attached to 409 13th. On both sides of the entry to the lot are red zones to allow people coming and going from the lot to both get in and out and more importantly to see cars coming. But the red has warn off and people park there obscuring the ability to see. There have been many near misses. Please repaint the curb so folks know not to park there.
