Description
Whenever she lets the dog out it barks non-stop all times of day and night. Wakes me up all the time. We Have talk to neighbor several times and have wrote letters to her. She has done nothing to try and fix the problem. That dog will bark non-stop for 30mins to an hour. Please help. She has no respect for her neighbors cause we have tried talking to her several times and nothing.
