Attached is a picture of the pothole in question. If the pothole you said was filled on 3/18/15 is was definitely not this one and if it was filled, your guys did a poor job. Now that we're getting a break in weather and the ground is thawing out, can you see to it that this gets addressed in a proper fashion?
I know your Dept. is busy this season but our side streets can not be ignored. The pot hole is between 48 and 50 Ivy st.
