The pothole was filled but now it's back again. I don't know if they failed to let it settle, before allowing cars to drive thru it. Needs to be addressed

The patch crew can't sit with the patch to let it set before cars drive on it so there is going to be some sinking. The county approved funding to repave observer highway two years ago but the City has to grant the county permission to repave. At this point the city is not allowing repaving to move forward even thought the funds are in place and it will not cost the city anything.

I expect a little sinking but the hole is back to its original state. Making it worse is that the gravel and now all around , when u drive all that gravel hitting the wheel well of the card . They need to get moving on repaving that road.

Money was approved to repave the road two years ago. The county can not repave the road with approval from the city. The city is still delaying this approval.
