Description

There are 3 Broken or otherwise non-functional lamps in Jefferson Park. One is near the bandstand, and appears "burnt out"; the lens is completely blackened. The second is along the lower path on the Marshall Street side of the park, and has been damaged by nearby tree branches. The third is at the top of the stairs leading from the (Southern) upper Park area down to the intersection of 21st, Marshall & Jefferson Streets.
