Description
Area Water doesnt drain due to clogged & damaged culverts. Therefore, all the water & trash flood yard. Summertime brings lots of mosquitos.
I have tried to clean out culvert but its blocked inside. Ditches in my front yard fill quickly no matter how often I clean them. No where for water to go.
