Description

The road needs to be plowed -- Bittersweet between Highland Glen and Bridle Path. It is absolutely NOT private property. The town tickets for overnight parking there, so it can't be both ways - collect money when you want and not plow when you don't want to.

There are decent people paying Randolph property taxes in that neighborhood, please take care of the citizens who live in the area.
