2/28/2014 - Thanking you so much for all your communication with Richmond City government online. This situation has been assessed and evaluated by our DPU Services Tech who noted DPU Water Mgmt (#5839765) will need to come a team member go out and replace the cap/lid on the water valve that sits on the street. An internal order (#5839765) has been created to make this happen.
