We are have the same issue over here in Cedar Hill our trash was suppose to be picked up yesterday and then I talked to someone this morning and they said to day and I got the same crap response....and this is our 3rd bi weekly pick up "because of snow" All our can are clear of snow! I hope they are working on saturday.

That was from a mosaic tile art project, which I didn't know was construction debris as it has been taken before from other projects. Also, when the person came Monday to collect the garbage, they missed a bag of household garbage from the kitchen, and a few tightly closed bags of dog waste from picking up the back yard. FURTHERMORE, if you didn't take it because of the "construction debris" why did they take a 5 gallon Home Depot bucket with dried mortar and sticks from my project. I was given a phone number via email to call and speak to someone, and the voicemail is full and no one picks up. I hope to God you take my regular garbage, sans project tiles, this Friday. This is not a closed issue.

I am a neighbor and saw the "official" look in the bin and quickly drive off on Monday afternoon around 1300. I somehow doubt that the person took the time to clear all garbage from the bin. Clearly, the person doing dispatch work for the garbage collectors had made a conclusion about it before he got there. I would encourage the homeowner to take photos and contact Sal about this issue.

Guest, that's exactly what we did. We took pictures and emailed Sal, and that's where I got the number to call. Guess what? No one is calling us back, no one is emailing us, and no one is responding besides "Not our fault that you put the same trash you put every week, you're obviously remodeling your whole house." The supervisors have obviously made up their minds that they can't possibly be wrong. I thought we lived in 2014? This is themost backwards ciry I've ever had the misfortune of living in.
