People at 156 S.4th Ave are allowing their friends to park in their handicap parking space. They move their car just to allow them to park their. This has gone on in the past and now it seems to be ongoing. This person doesn't live at this residence but for the past couple of days he has parked in the handicap area. If they no longer need space then they should give it to someone else who really needs it. They shouldn't be able to pick and choose which friend they allow to park their. There car will be gone by morning and back later that night. Because the police refuse to give them a ticket I don't want to bother calling them. For some reason these people get away with everything. I'm furious my trash didn't get pick up because these same people that where fixing a blue 4 wheeler had cars parked on Franklin St when trash truck came to pick up trash so none of our trash was picked up. I guess we have to wait til NEXT WEEK
