71 Read Street between Shepard and Newhall. Difficulty parking on odd side never plowed odd side of street, handicapped parking in front of property

Crews are continuing to sand and plow citywide. After one pass initially, they returned last night to clear streets as much as possible under various conditions. Thanks for the feedback. We weigh it and adjust accordingly.
