As well, the State trucks come by on Quinnipiac Avenue and leave a snow plowed ridge of about 2 feet at the end of Hemingway Place, and then one faces a wall of snow when trying to exit or enter Hemingway Place. On top of that, the snow plowing school crew parks illegally on the corner of the street, police don't enforce the no parking, and make it even more dangerous to enter or exit.
