i called earlier today about a ATLAS TREE service that plowed snow back into the street after working on snow removal at butler pl and william st

down at the bottom of the hill they plowed alot of snow making it a bottle neck,,,,still no sign of any plows yet to open up the street !!,,,,,this is unacceptable
