Hello city of Evanston, we need you to plow our alleys so that we can move our cars off the street. I know that your efforts are focused on clearing the streets and thank you for that. A few of my neighbors and myself have on several occasion hand shoveled nearly the entire alley. My car has all wheel drive so the snow is not an issue. However many of my neighbors don't, one of which is stuck in are alley as I write this. We really need our alleys plowed just one time to remove the higher snow in the middle , cars that have low clearance can't make it. HELP! Our alley is in the 1800 block of Monroe, between Madison st.
