City Engineer assigned this issue to Newnan Code Enforcement

I conducted an inspection of the truck yesterday (2/5/14). It has a registered tag, no flat tires and seemed to be in condition to be driven on public streets. I am sending a notice to the address that the truck is parked in front of concerning the period of time which a vehicle can be legally be parked on a public street, which is 72 hours. The fact that the vehicle is displeasing because of it's appearance is not a justified reason to have the vehicle removed. Thanks for your report.
