Description

I'm a but taken by by a knock on my front door by a worker from national grid , informing us that our power would be out for 45 mins to an hr, this is unacceptable and poor planning from the town without informing residents on such work being done. There was no type of communication sent to us about future work. Giving this is winter time and heat and other components are required to run by electricity, this not only put my family and residents at risk who are dependent on such vital things.
Why doesn't the town take action for these things ?????
