Dear An anonymous SeeClickFix user,
Thank you for taking the time to send in a SeeClickFix regarding an encampment near the Webster Tube, at the foot of the overpass. We have informed CalTrans of this as the City of Alameda does not maintain this particular section of property. The phone number for the contact at Caltrans that we have is (510) 286-1207.
