Afton St, between Kearny Ave and Belgrove drive, the access to Garfield School, ( beside for the School Sidewalk witch is Clean), is impossible to walk, a lot of ice, the owners of those properties didn't clean the snow or apply some salt,my son has an injury on his right hand because this morning, he fall because of the ice.On the same st, you need to climb the piles of snow accumulated on the street.If the owner are not obligated to clean the sidewalks the suspend the schools because is very dangerous when you walk with these conditions, same scenery is around Washington School.
