KE, do you happen to know the pole number or if the light is actually out or cycling on and off? (asking because if it is cycling on and off I want to make sure they go beyond visually acknowledging the light is on, delaying the time of the repair)

It is not the streetlight, but rather the pedestrian cross signal. The button is missing, so the cross signal cannot be activated from this corner. In addition, the time allowed to cross the entire street is too short and needs to be lengthened.
