Description

YMCA members are repeatedly parking on the sidewalk when there are numerous spots available in their own lot and also on the street. It's making the sidewalk inaccessible for strollers, the disabled, and passersby. This could be remedied with signage, temporary cones, or a simple notice from the Y to its members. The police have been coming every day, but not ticketing or towing and even sitting out front for long periods of time and telling people to park elsewhere. It's not helping as many cars continue to park each day. Someone is going to slip and really get hurt by having to walk in the snow and ice in the grass to pass the cars.
