Description
Earlier there used to be a filter lane for traffic turning from Mayland Dr (8530 - N Parham side) to Quarter Mill Dr (2600 side).
After the recept road work, the filter lane has been removed and traffic coming towards N Parham road on Mayland drive gets 2 lanes.
This causes traffic pile up on the intersection of N Parham, Mayland Dr leading all the way pile ups on N Praham till West brorad street during the peak traffic hours (4pm - 730 pm).
Request the authorities to re-install the filter lane for traffic turing left from Mayland Dr to Quarter Mill Dr.

You can go down the street, after the light on tuckernuck, make your first left. I believe it's copper mill ln. Just be careful not to turn into the apartments...that is not intended for through traffic, it's slower, but will often either circle around or end at the same road your trying to head to.
Don't take parham to mayland... use broad or gaskins.
Yes this should be a 4 lane road. One for people not turning and or going straight, both from parham and from mayland. So we don't have to damage our cars getting around foolish drivers who stop to turn at the first available turn. Regardless of it being blocked or respectful of the drivers behind them. Causeing the right turn lane onto mayland to back up traffic on parham as well as mayland. People turning right on to parham often wait for the red light's to turn green, needlessly...causeing huge back ups on mayland. even after the light has turned green. Yielding cars from both sides sometimes end up having to negotiate who yields in the middle of the intersection. A merge lane coming from the right turn at the light on parham and mayland...quartermill side...would fix both issues. Such a merge lane could double as a turn lane for people who would normally turn at the trouble spot on mayland as well... without having to add 2 more lanes on that side of mayland.
