As of April 17, 2014 the lights are still out. Additional lights are now also out.
I called the number above and was told they do not handle those lights. This is not an LIE service road ramp.

As of April 24, 2014 ALL lights on the Exit 42 Eastbound ramp connecting the LIE to the Northern State Parkway ARE operating!
