Before and after school all the RHPS, RHES, and Carver kids who live in Mainstreet walk across this road. The cars rarely slow down, and a lot of parents park their cars here and along the roads waiting to pick their walking children up, blocking traffic. With all the parked cars, the other cars driving by can't see the kids crossing until they are already out in the street. Is there any way to get a cross walk and school crossing sign here before some kid gets run over? Other options are a lower speed limit, not allowing cars to park there, crossing guards, rumble strips, speed bumps, police enforcing the speed limit, anything.
