Cannot plan an alternate route very easily. When I do, it takes me 7 miles out of my way. I do this 5 days a week and the cost is huge. I did not ask for this construction. Water is fine in East Vineland - I do not have any complaints in this area. Why are we spending so much money on a project that community residents do not want or need.? Let us pay down the deficit instead.

Vineland policy still continue to close this road without regard to local population. Yesterday, saw office sitting in vehicle reading paper while traffic continued to back up several miles. My tax dollars should have been spent directing traffic into one lane on South Lincoln Ave instead of complete closure. With the high price of gas, I am WASTING A LOT OF GAS BECAUSE THE VINELAND POLICE REFUSE TO DIRECT TRAFFIC!!!!
