Graffiti on the walls of the viaduct, I don't know how they got down there, but there's metallic gold spray paint and black spray paint the graffiti is about 8 feet high on both sides of the viaduct

This hasn't been fixed, nothing's been done, it's still there!
What an outrage, a website to document things that need fixing, then e-mail updates that claim they're FIXED!
I was just up there, nothing's been done, the graffiti is still there.
