Unless public works doesn't plow this street between Dixwell and Winchester , which I am sure they do, the street is covered in snow the last two storms- every other street I drove on this morning was salted/ semi clear. Webster had significant snow on it, last storm was covered for days, again, unlike any street in new haven- Pleas Public Works- let them know THIS IS ILLEGAL AND IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVERS !!
