After speaking with the Ridley Park police, I was told that the new signs were put in place by PennDot to phase out the old sign. HOWEVER, if you turn on Redbefore 7am, after 4pm or on a Sat. or Sunday as the old sign states, you will NOT get a ticket as long as the old sign is still in place. ****Once the old sign comes down there will no longer be an exception.

Penndot is phasing out the sign. We now have a reason for the sign and I feel the issue can close
