Description

Homeless person moved back into area on 100-199 Funston Avenue in Park Area between trees 998 and 999 just behind and just north of the 28-bus stop. On Monday there was a roll around suitcase in the area and this morning he was seen sleeping in there. Previously broke brush off to hide his camp.
Separate area to the east and south in another thicket of trees that has been there about 10 days - cardboard flattened for sleeping and trash - that may be same person or another one.
