Description
The dog at #271 (Green house) was barking for hours on Sunday 1/26/14. IT was outside when the temperature was in the single digits. I also heard it the next morning. The barking is a nuisance, but it can't be good for the dog to be outisde with the recent temps.

Best of luck- I've been listening to a barking German Shepard (who only barks when its cold) all winter long, cause my neighbors won't be responsible. They shouldn't even have a dog. I can't wait for summer so I can bullhorn barking noise at them for 4 hours while they are outside ($10 repeating bullhorns at Lowes !!!

People when you see things like this YOU HAVE TO START USING THE PHONE, It is still the fastest method available, also some city departments do not monitor this site. This dog could have froze to death.

If the dog is left out in this weather and nothing is done it may die. Posting 12 hours after the fact is not going to bring him back. You have the use the phone when it is happening. If it is night call the police.

As for a bullhorn causing violence - how ? and why is that different or louder than a non-stop barking dog .? I hope my neighbor tries to do something then they can go to jail and I won't have to listen their dogs nefarious barking.

Trust me if you call the police enough they will respond. Posting here hours later is not going to be much help. Again call the police and animal control
Police 203 946-6316
Animal Control 203 946-8110
I talked again to animal control and was reassured that you should phone them when you see a problem.
By the way they went out to Summit Street because someone phone them.
