Look on the pole and you will see that there is a number that identifies that particular pole/streetlight. Contact Duke (formerly Progress) Energy by e-mail or phone and give them the pole number and tell them the condition of the light and they should repair it quickly. I monitor the streetlights in our neighborhood (Sun Coast Villas) and report streetlight outages/problems several times a year and have found that their response to requests has been very good,
