Description

Two issues:
1. Unable to see traffic signal illumination from white line during the day.
2. When you head West on Missouri and make a right on Georgia, it is unclear what drivers should do. There is a white line on road. When the light is red, I stop at the line. Some others will stop, but some go. I am not even sure if I should be stopping or not.
