Description
Hi, the commercial garage on 18th St. between G and H has placed orange traffic cones in the left-most lane of 18th street. This is causing major delays in the morning. Can someone please remove the cones? Every morning since Tuesday traffic has to merge from that one lane because the cars cannot move forward. I hope I am posting this under the right category.
