Case Resolved. 767-771 Capp St: 22nd St: root damaged asw, missing SVC - NTR: 1000632 X1104: 1124691.

4 years later, the North sidewalk on 23rd St. between Capp & South Van Ness is still dangerously uneven- whole squares of pavement have heaved up. The cause is the roots of the huge ficus trees. What does "SVC - NTR: 1000632 X1104: 1124691" mean? It would be great to fix this someday.

I have been reporting this terrible patch of sidewalk for years. Super dangerous because it is right in front of ble mailboxes & entry door to post office. Thanks to whoever added the red paint to alert pedestrians.

The uneven sidewalks on 23rd St between South Van Ness & Capp have not been fixed. It still presents a serious tripping hazard, especially near the post office. Is the case closed because it is a duplicate request? I have been reporting this since 2014 :(

The uneven pavement is still there, right outside the 23rd St entrance to South Van Ness post office.
There is a lot of foot traffic, so it is hazardous. Please take another look.
