Hello Neighbor,
I am writing back to check in to see if you still need help shoveling. If do, please comment back to let me know what still needs to be shoveled. I will put the call out to people who have signed up to help and let them know and hopefully someone will come by.
If you have been shoveled out - please leave a comment so I can close your case.
If I don't hear back from you by 8 pm tonight Saturday, January 25th, I will assume you are all set and will close your case.

Neighbor,
Since I have not heard from you, I am assuming you've been shoveled out and no longer need assistance. If you still need help, please re-open the case and I'll do my best to get a volunteer over to you. If you need immediate medical attention or feel unsafe, please call 911.
