Retention pond capacity greatly decreases after being filled with sand during summer 2013 flooding. increased possibility of future property damage due to decreased holding capacity and massive erosion. Need to coordinate with NP to re- establish fence line which is falling over and poses danger to children playing in holding pond. City needs to restrict motor vehicle traffic into pond to curb illegal dumping in holding pond.
