Description
Westbound traffic backed up past Lambs Fellowship Church due to the traffic lights not in sync at ALL intersections at 15 freeway. It took me 50 minutes to go from Canyon Lake's main gate to Denny's off Grape Street. This has been going on for 3-4 days. Traffic also backed up on the north bound off ramp at RRC road, that is causing drivers to turn right in the left turn only lane. VERY DANGEROUS!! PLEASE FIX NOW!
