I agree. I have been reporting this issue for over a year now. Also, they did something to the timing of the lights at Summerhill and Railroad Canyon, and now it is WORSE! Now it takes 4 or 5 light cycles to get from KFC to the signal light if you need to turn left. If you are on Railroad Canyon, it takes longer now too. It took me 10 minutes to go from the light by Wal-Greens to the turn left at the light by In-N-Out. That is ridiculous and we have had MANY near misses and people running the red lights at all the lights between Mission Trail and Summerhill as they are impatient and frustrated. Not to mention the backup on the freeway to get off there now. This is forcing people to exit at Main and go down Franklin at higher rates of speed than posted.

Plus all the new housing going in near Canyon Lake and the Stadium is going to make this issue even worse.

The City of Lake Elsinore and Caltrans are aware of the situation and are working on fixing the problem.
