In the past 3yrs the grading of the alleys has been the best I've ever seen in my lifetime, but I must admit the repair and graveling is the worst. No gravel, no pavement and no bricks or cobblestones means more and more pot holes. Grading can't stand alone. Those with needed alley repairs must continue to beg for help. Just my opinion.
