This brings up an interesting issue. I think, by code, cans can't be out front. But the reality is that people have finished basements and no side yard. A-ha! A can shed!

I think this complaint is absurd. It seriously takes away from the legitimate concerns in Jersey City.
Yes, I agree the streets would be more beautiful with garbage cans out of site, but there are bigger fish to fry.
