They bought the property for $1!! You think they could afford to buy a shovel. The rest of us would have been fined by now.

Maybe they can't afford a shovel?! With all the $ they've given in helping the local neighbors and the $40K+ losses to vandalism...

Thank you for reporting this. An inspector will investigate. If the sidewalk is still covered in snow/ice when we arrive we will post a notice of violation and begin the process to get it cleared.
