Still no acknowledgment or action. Keep this open.

Now a second light is out at this corner. The 2nd pole is actually on Chestnut on the even side and it is right at the intersection with Greene. I would provide the pole number but it was too dark to read it! Who is minding the store with regard to these lighting issues? Could someone at least acknowledge it? This same thing happened when we had multiple lights out on Bradley and Lyon. It took months for repairs!

Providing a pole number and/or a more precise location is important. Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
