Description
This little white car has been parked in the road since before the snow storm. It is a little white car and I guess city officials have missed it since you can't see it under the white snow. Reported it to the police department - I guess they don't care. I keep hearing the city will tow your vehicles if left in the road - but I guess that is not true either. Snow plows & Mail have to drive around it.
