Description
Despite having recently resurfaced (sort of - it's actually mostly loose gravel) some of our neighborhood, the contractor managed to miss a very obvious pothole.
Update, 5/27/2011: Well, it's been covered but now - with the heat - all the tar has become liquid so you can't walk on the road w/o ruining your shoes, carpets, etc. It's truly unbelievable. And the pebbles stick your car tires and end up on your driveway. I'm wondering what VDOT was thinking. I'm fine w/frugal, but this is just plain cheap (and ineffective).
