There was a parking lot at that corner, a fenced area, and it had two trees, and an a long bed of dirt. Is that what you mean? Is your house the one that had the stone facing on it ?

But yes, the dog feces pile is on that long strip of dirt between the fence and the sidewalk on New York near the northeast corner of New York and Ferry. It is unclear who that strip of dirt belongs to/is the responsibility of.

FYI, if it is in front of your house, you will get the ticket as owners are responsible for keeping their property clean regardless of whose dog or garbage it is. If you know where the dogs reside (owner) then you can report that and the city will send them a letter reminding them of the law and checking to see if the dog is licensed or not.

I called JCIA authority and they said they would send someone over.

Good work. As someone with a child AND a Dog (that I clean up after) this kind of thing has to stop in the Heights.

I've contacted JCIA numerous times and they have not done anything.

I would contact the RRunit at city hall. They will get them out.
