Description
The landlord at 906 State Street have allowed tenants to move into the property while it is being renovated. Additionally a screen window was removed from the building and thrown out the window. The front window of the home was also broken as you can see in the photo. In the last week police have responded to three noise violations and one physical altercation outside of the property. The absentee landlord has not taken action and neighbors feel that these tenants pose a very real safety threat as well as a serious quality of life issue with the screaming noise violations. LCI, can you please inspect this property and contact the landlord? At this point it is unclear if the individuals even have a lease and have right to be occupying the home. Urgent attention is desired and other advice as how to proceed is welcomed. Thanks so much in advance.

Hello All,
I am the Property Manager of the property in question. These are condominiums owned by private individuals. Here's the problem. Unit 906 is in foreclosure and the owners has not responded to multiple requests regarding the occupants of the unit. We are doing what we can to address the problems. If anyone might know the names of the occupants, can you please share that with me? Thanks!
