Description

At the intersection of Delco and M-59 the timing of the signal should be changed. There are 2 lanes NB on Delco and you can only turn right onto M-59. Southbound at that point is Utica Park Rd. When the light turns green for both of these roads the NB traffic should have the right of way, however, cars going SB try to turn onto M-59 making it difficult for the NB traffic to gain access to the "turnaround" to go WB on M-59. Can't the timing be changed so that it is only green for one side at a time similar to the signal on M-59 in front of the Meijer gas station near Hayes? It seems to me that would be much safer.
