Every time it snows the Boghosian brothers treat the sidewalk (public right of way) as their own personal snow storage area. They plow all the snow from their private parking lot into a pile that obstructs the sidewalk. This forces pedestrians trying to traverse the east side of Henry street out into the street just to walk past. In addition they minimally treat the typically ice covered sidewalk on the Phila street side of their property.
