you may want to consider removing the windrow on Crystal Lake Drive.
it is so wide now that the sidewalk is part of the street.
(people drive where your graders plow, which happens to be the side walk in this case )
Right next to the sidewalk is a fire hydrant which is now very close to the driving track, because people have to drive on the sidewalk.
Where are people supposed to walk???
Its already like the indy 500 on this street.
