Description

This container bas been to the curb 3 consecutive weeks with non-recyclable items in it. It was again not pickedup this morning during the regularly scheduled pick up because it has non-recyclables in it ... CLEARLY. This is a recurrent offender. Please CITE the property owner and leave a NOTICE of what items can go into the blue toters for the offending tenant.
