Description
Why is this exit ramp so cluttered with trash? Do we pay for road clean up in our taxes? or is this the states problem. Or is the problem of the slobs that throw their garbage out on the streets, maybe because the trees are over grown and the weeds look like trees.

I think this is the problem of the housing complex you live in; this is not a publicly maintained road. If these condos, your monthly fees should go toward this; is there a property management company you can contact? I wish you luck.
